United Syringe Trust exists to change that.

We provide no cost, judgment-free harm reduction supplies to new and emerging SSPs, bridging the critical gap until sustainable funding is in place. Because we know that without the tools, the mission stalls. And communities can’t afford to wait.

This is about removing the number one barrier that keeps life saving work from reaching the people who need it most.
